What It's Actually Like Here

Quick reality check. We are two twins who started an agency because we could not stop arguing about how algorithms work. We figured we might as well get paid to argue. Somehow it turned into a real business. The team we build now reflects the same weird curiosity we started with.

No fancy office. No foosball table. No framed quotes on the wall from people who never worked here. What you get instead is interesting work with clients who respect what we do, full freedom to work from wherever you want, and teammates who genuinely know their stuff.

If you read AI research papers for fun (Ahmed does this a lot), or spend weekends running SEO tests on random side projects (Abd, guilty), this place will feel like home. If you want to clock in, do minimum, and clock out, please save us both time and close this tab.

One more thing worth saying. We have been burned before working with agencies that treated people like disposable parts. We do not do that here. We hire slow, fire slower, and try to build a place where people actually want to show up Monday morning. Maybe that sounds corny. Whatever. It's true.

The best people here read weird stuff for fun. AI papers. Algorithm patent filings. Obscure SEO forums. If you are not naturally curious about how things work under the hood, this environment will feel draining.

Output Over Hours

We do not measure your value in how late you stay on Slack. Ship good work, help your teammates when they need it, and enjoy your life outside this job. The rest sorts itself.

How Hiring Works

Our Interview Process

No riddles. No whiteboard stunts. No ten rounds of interviews.

You Send Us Your Stuff

Email us with your work samples, portfolio, or whatever best shows what you can do. Skip the generic cover letter. Tell us in a paragraph why this role interests you and what you have shipped that you're proud of.

We Actually Read It

Within a week, you hear back. If we want to move forward we schedule a 30 minute call. If we don't, we tell you honestly. No ghosting. Hate that, will not do it.

Paid Test Project

Short, real, reflects the actual work. We pay you for your time because it takes effort and we respect that. You'll see how we think. We'll see how you think. Mutual audition.

Decision + Offer

Final call with both founders. We talk money, expectations, start date. If it's a yes from both sides, welcome aboard. Onboarding is mostly you shadowing a real client for week one, then running things with support.

Questions Candidates Actually Ask

Are you hiring right now?+
We are always open to great people even when we don't have a specific opening posted. If your skills overlap with what we do, send us something. Worst case we save your details for later. Best case we make room.
Do you sponsor visas or work with international candidates?+
We work with people all over the world as contractors or through Deel and similar services. We don't sponsor visas in any specific country because we don't have offices anywhere. Remote is the whole point.
How long does the hiring process take?+
Usually 2 to 3 weeks from first email to offer, assuming everyone's schedules align. We don't drag things out. If you are already interviewing somewhere else and have a deadline, tell us and we will accommodate.
What does the pay look like?+
Depends on role and experience. We pay fair market rates based on the value you bring, not your location. Senior strategists earn significantly more than juniors. We talk real numbers in the first call, no games.
Do you give feedback if I don't get the role?+
Yes, actually useful feedback too. We know how much it sucks to get a generic rejection. If we pass on you, we tell you why and what would change our mind in the future if anything.
What tools do you use day to day?+
Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Figma. Standard agency stack with some AI layers. You do not need to know all of these on day one but should be comfortable learning.
Can I apply for multiple roles?+
Yes. Mention which ones interest you and why. We might see a better fit for you in a different role than the one you originally picked. Happens often.
What if I have experience but no formal degree?+
We don't care about degrees. We care about what you have actually done. Plenty of our best work has come from self taught people with sharp instincts. Show us what you have built.
