Use our website like a normal person. Do not try to hack it, spam it, scrape it, or pretend to be us. Basically all the things you already know you should not do. If you would not do it to a store you walked into, do not do it here.

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non commercial informational purposes. This license does not include the right to: modify or copy our materials; use materials for any commercial purpose or public display; remove any copyright or proprietary notations; transfer the materials to another person; or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website.
You can read our website and learn from it. You cannot copy our content and paste it on your website pretending you wrote it. We spent a lot of time writing this stuff and we will notice.
3.3 Your Content
If you submit content to us through forms, emails, or any other channel (including testimonials, feedback, or case study information), you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services and marketing, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you send us a glowing testimonial, we might put it on our website. If you do not want that, just tell us. We will not use your words without asking first.

Our professional services including SEO, AEO, GEO, web development, content strategy, and related consulting are governed by separate client service agreements. These website terms do not constitute a service agreement, a proposal, or an offer to provide services.
Engagement terms, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment schedules, and responsibilities are defined in individual proposals and contracts signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.
4.2 Results Disclaimer
SEO, AEO, and GEO results discussed on our website, including case studies, testimonials, and performance metrics, are based on actual past performance and represent real outcomes. However, past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Search engine algorithms, AI model behaviors, and market conditions change continuously. We always work toward the best possible results but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.
The results we show are real. The 54.5% ChatGPT traffic stat for FreeCV is real. But we cannot promise you will get identical numbers because every business, every niche, and every algorithm situation is different. Anyone who guarantees specific SEO results is lying to you.
4.3 Client Responsibilities
When working with us, clients are responsible for: providing accurate information about their business, products, and services; granting necessary access to tools and platforms in a timely manner; reviewing and approving content and strategies within agreed timeframes; maintaining their own website infrastructure and hosting; complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
We do the SEO and GEO work. You need to give us accurate info about your business and not take three weeks to approve a blog post. Partnership is a two way street.
Disclaimers and Limitations

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date. But Google changes its algorithm more often than most people change their sheets. If something on our site feels outdated, it might be because the algorithm changed yesterday. Do not make million dollar decisions based on a blog post. Talk to us directly instead.

If our website goes down for an hour and you miss a deadline because you were refreshing our blog instead of working, we feel bad about that but we are not legally responsible. Use our website as a resource, not a life support system.
